Hello people After placing an order (bmw ix1) how long doest it take to receive the confirmation? Will I get a get confirmation letter indicating the add ons and final AP I have to pay? Motobility account page is showing the standard ap minus the £750 new car payment even though I’ve added some extras.
The dealer invoice will be the one where you see the total charge, including options. The Motability account will only ever show the AP without options. Nothing to worry about
