Don’t consider an EV if you have no ability to charge in a driveway or private parking space.
It’s not feasible to have the car charging at the roadside using any sort of cable, let alone a 3 pin plug type.
It could be argued that you could use public rapid charging, but given your condition it would be far from ideal. In addition, using solely public charging works out costing more than running a petrol or diesel vehicle.
