I really wanted to order one of these but the local Skoda garage attitude was horrendous, didn’t want to know and when I asked for more details and to talk to someone about motability I just got palmed off with I don’t deal with motability. You could try to get hold of Alex at pulman Durham, been nothing but helpful for us. I believe Phaedra has had some poor aftersales experience from the dealer, but I think he’d also give Alex a thumbs up.
