    I got an email this morning from customer service effectively passing the buck to ‘logistics’ and someone will get back to me.  I’ll email Andrew in the morning if I’ve not heard anything.

    I'm Autistic, if I say something you find offensive, please let me know, I can guarantee it was unintentional.
    I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
