@NanasRob71 Nobody is suggesting that manufacturers should stop making EVs and the ICE cars are already being built – and are still being bought in their droves by private buyers – so they don’t need to ‘start’ building them?
The shift of the cut-off date by 5 years has already slowed the juggernaut somewhat and, as the revised date draws closer, the government of the day will have to listen to what the public wants or the juggernaut will be stopped by a stinger at the ballot box ?
