With respect, have you checked your charger is supplying the correct kw?
Re range anxiety, I’ve had my BMW i3s for over three years and it’s really not an issue.
And re my direct question:
According to Pod-point, an ix1 on a 7Kw charger should only take around 10 hours to go from zero to 100%.
Do you really need more than that?
Whats your daily mileage?
Youtube and tabloids have a lot to answer for re range anxiety – there are a lot of great rapid chargers out there, which are increasing weekly.
It’s really not an issue.
I genuinely can’t believe you need more than to get a full charge for ten hours DAILY with your current charger.
