You are best asking your DNO if they would be happy to install Polyphase (3 phase) before having your first charger fitted.
Even if they agree to do the work which could be free with your first charger or chargeable, there are very few domestic 3 phase metering guys in the UK at the moment and very much depends where you are in the country. Even if you managed to get a 3 phase meter installed, not all energy suppliers are able to install 3 phase smart meters.
The only other way but, expensive and not really suitable given additional loading on your supply with a 11 or 22kW charger, is to install a rotary phase convertor. It is better to speak with your DNO and get the job done above board, if you really want a higher kW charger 🙂
