Just book the car in at the dealers. It IS due its first service as its over 12 months old. Modern cars need serviced every 12 months regardless of mileage. It also gives them a chance to check the car over for faulty items. It doesnt cost you anything, so why would you NOT do it.
Ford are two year service as are Audi unless high mileage. Although I always do a mid (12 month) oil and filter change on my privately owned Ford by choice.
My Motability Audi is on a 2 year service frequency
