Hey, first time posting on here.
I got my car in 2019 and when it came to 2022 I asked for an extension. I was told initially that I could only extend it for 6 months due to no adaptations and high mileage (close to 70,000 miles at the time). So not sure how this is a new policy?
I was then told I could extend to 5 years due to paying a high AP (£4,000).
I was also told at the time that an extension of less than 2 years cannot be extended unless for reasons out of my control – like if replacement lease vehicle takes a while to be delivered.
