It will be still under warranty and contact the installer to fix it. They should send someone out pretty quick. Not a good advertisement for the company if the charger is hanging off the wall. You could also send a pic to Ohme as well, that should stir them up a bit.
The more Motability get to here about the growing number of issues the better it will be for everone. Letting only the installer and Ohme now hides these issues and it will keep happening.
Take @Ele for example, it took him weeks to try and get a safety issue sorted. It was only when he contacked Motability, it was sorted in a matter of a couple of days!
