Father in Law now has another Atto 3, his original could not be fixed by Arnold Clark and is on its way back to China. This caused all sorts of issues with Motability, they don’t seem prepared for this sort of thing. Anyway, all sorted, Arnold Clark bunged in a few extras and gave them a pre-paid charge card to say sorry. New car has no issues and in-laws are happy. We went out on a run, quieter than the Soul, good finish, software looked well sorted and all in all was hard to fault, about all I could glean from the drivers seat was a slightly sharp protrusion on the door against my leg as I am not a slim legged chap. BYD now need a slightly larger model to compete with Enyaq/Ariya.
How long since December time did it take for Arnold Clrk to issue them with a new car and were they allowed to keep the demo car throgh out.
You can only imagine something like this to happen, causing Motability not to know whether they are coming or going lol.

We have the Seal and Seal U will be available soon in the UK. Whether or not any of them make it to the scheme is a different matter!
