    This is the third appointment now. First one ( last Thursday ) they changed the time from a morning appointment at the last minute to an afternoon slot which I couldn’t do. So then we moved the date to today. Now they can’t come and haven’t got anyone else who can do it. So now rebooked for Friday. I’m not holding my breath.

    There is more money to be made elsewhere with their own work. Those having cut down price work are put on the back burner, untill they have nne of their own work. It is always the same with this type of contract work unfortunately.

    This needs stopping especially when Motability customers are being messed around more than most, due to how this system is set up. I recommend you do what others are doing and email andrewmiller@motabilityoperations.co.uk explaining how you are being messed about by Ohme’s nstaller.
