Unfortunately we’re due for rain almost every night, I know the cable and car/charger are IP54 but being old and cautious I woud prefer IP65 for heavy rain!. I did buy a cover for the cable/charge port from Amazon for £10 that seems like it will work
I always apply a thin bead of “neat” silicone around charger installs to help prevent moisture getting on the PCB from behind, so you could always do that if not already done with the cover. The board on Ohme chargers is technically bare, whereas on Easee chargers they are far more substantially enclosed inside and one of my go to chargers.
