Both have pros and cons. Essentially one is tethered (has built in cable) and can be programmed directly, the other works only from app but you can take the cable with you.
if you go tethered, you can come home pick up the cable and plug in the car, as easy as that. You can then choose to set timers either through the app or directly.
I’ve gone untethered, as I already have a 10m cable, 5m cable and they’ll supply an 8m one, so I can use whichever when I’m out and either keep one plugged in or put it in the car. I prefer to use an app for settings anyway, so that’s as simple as it gets.
Think about having to charge on the wettest day and how cables will be stored.
