I Recently noticed a post from Caffyns Audi Brighton about stock availability and dealer support offers. A big shout out to Nathan GM for doing this. I think this is a superb way of promoting Motability and generating business for the dealership. I have had a few dealers that seem very uninterested when you say that you are a Motability customer. Prime example, my own Local Audi dealership in Tamworth. If the Q4 had wowed me (which it didn’t) I would have done the 350 mile round trip to deal with Caffyns Brighton rather than give my business to Tamworth. I think if more dealers could promote on here , particularly stock availability that would be a huge tick for customer service. Well done Nathan, Caffyns Audi, Brighton.
Not sure if you have ever had any dealings with Nissan/Suzuki Polesworth but I found them the worst company I have ever dealt with ever! The salesman was very eager when we first walked into the showroom but the moment we mentioned Motability he lost interest completely. At one point my wife started asking a question about the Swift Sport but he actually snapped at her that it wasn’t on Motability so she didn’t need to know! She was actually asking as a private customer, as I am the Motability customer.
Needless to say we didn’t order from them and will never go back.
On a different note, TMS Volvo at Hinckley were superb! We were made to feel a valued customer at every point of the process.
