A permission pack will answer all your housing associations questions, however, we are only able to send this to you when you have had an account created with us as our team will need to assess which installation partner you will be shared with as the permission packs we send out are based on each installation partner. Surely Ohme could have simply asked where you live and sent a pack out based on that area its not difficut surely!
The only otherway which is back to front but seemingly how Motability & Ohme work, is to order the car you like so it triggers a response from Ohme and sets the wheels in motion and hope your HA are on board (which sounds as if they are). If not and the car is delivered, you do as everyone else as done and send it back, based on your HA not giving permission and look for another. As I say the process is all wrong at no fault of your own.
