    Phaedra this is what I would do. Whether it works or not is a different matter.

    Tell motabillity i am cancelling the lease as I’m not happy with the car sound system which I paid 2k for. If they mention the other things in the pack I’d just tell them that they are not needed/wanted and I had to take them to get the upgraded sound system.

    I believe two things will happen they will say no as it’s not effecting your health/ comfort, I would then dig my heals in and I believe they will eventually back down and I’ll pay £250 to cancel.

    They may take my word for it and agree and charge me £250 to cancel.

    I do believe they will agree to cancel without getting me to jump through hoops to prove it’s a faulty/bad system.

    I order same car minus the pack and I am £1750 pound up. And still have an Enyaq until new one arrives.

    My thinking is that it may slip your mind that the sound system is poor and a cracking song will come on you’ll turn the sound up and think ‘ f’ing stupid sound system, 2k for this crap’. Think how many times that will happen and if it would annoy you much.

    I honestly believe they will allow a change without too much fuss. So are you £250 down or £1750 up. GL what ever you do.
