I was mainly put off by the awful attitude in the ŠKODA dealership. I completely understand that other ŠKODA dealers are probably great but Audi made me feel normal and ŠKODA I felt like an unwelcome intrusion. And I don’t want to drive miles to a different town for servicing just because they’re not nice locally. Perhaps unusually in my household it’s me ( the wife) who has always been car obsessed and my husband doesn’t care as long as he fits in it and can see out ( he’s 6ft7). But I could not get the ŠKODA salesman to address me or answer my questions he kept redirecting to my husband. This is MY car. It’s MY lifeline and I don’t think the physically able always get that.
I had the same issue last week with my local Škoda dealer, couldn’t be bothered and rude with it, but visited one further away and they couldn’t have been any better, excellent in fact.
