There are no range issues if you stop looking at an EV as you look at ICE cars. On ICE cars, you fill the tank up, drive until liw then fill up again. With evs, especially uf you have a hone charger, you drive,then charge at night, on long journeys you plan you comfort breaks with charging. ABC Always Be Charging is the mantra
Range would be one of if not the most important thing for me going BEV. There is one location I can charge on my most common long journey. If that out of order I’ll have to rely on 7kW chargers to add a decent amount of charge. Time is precious and I haven’t got all day.
The other option is divert 70 miles each way to the nearest motorway, which to me is both silly and pointless.
