Being honest pal, I’d probably just start looking now because you’ve already been promised Dec which didn’t happen.
Your last update has left you with no VIN number or any evidence to say your car has been built, I don’t think I’d give them any more time without an update.
First thing tomorrow I’d contact them to request a solid update on when to expect your car. If they can’t find this then threaten to cancel your order and go with another dealer.
If that doesn’t work then I would actually go and cancel and look at another dealer.
As somewhat veteran to Motability, you have the power here because someone will end up with a bonus and the dealer will have had a sale.
Some dealers treat you like crud whereas others can be the kindest in the world.
