    If the time to repair and the rental car is causing you so many issues then why wait until the end of the month to contact Directline?

    Surely the best option is to call them immediately as it’s obvious from what you’ve said the workshop aren’t hurrying themselves to get anything sorted and the only way to speed your issue up is for you to get the ball rolling as soon as possible.
