I have removed a few for people about to return their car.
Made sure all modified bits of trim etc were replaced (mostly used parts from breakers).
Takes an hour or two depending on hoist/vehicle and they were going to have them fitted to a private vehicle and most were going in a second car so they would have two cars with a hoist when their new lease arrived.
All stated that Motability had given permission so long as the vehicle was returned to factory spec and none had been charged for the hoist.
