Unfortunately due to the recent updates that document is no longer valid, I informed DVLA in 2005 as regards my head injury I would imagine I will have to update them when I renew my licence in a couple of years.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
