When I went to collect my Mazda CX5, checked it in the delivery area, right colour and model so entered the pin. The dealer went to bring the car round front and when he got out, had a pained look. Turned out it was a manual rather than automatic. He checked the paperwork and found he had incorrectly ticked internal order form.
Quick call to Motobility reversed the acceptance, he found the right car on the system available in 6 weeks so ordered that. As I was rendering the scheme and trading my own car in, we went ahead with that and he provided a brand new Mazda 3, just about to join their demo fleet, and I kept it until the new car arrived.
