Peugeot must be losing lots of motability clients coming back for another 3008 due to this decision to strip back its specs, not even having auto Tailgate due to chips shortage is an excuse wearing thin, but they might be able to do it after factory for £400 !! HELP
Indeed mate, Peugeot are shooting themselves in the foot when it comes to Motability customers. As I mentioned, the GT variants of their models come with very little kit these days. No heated seats, no adaptive cruise control, no front camera (rear only), no satnav. All extras that cost a small fortune via packs.
It looks like Renault will probably be my next car with the Clio Esprit Alpine version. It comes with all the bells & whistles ; heated seats, ACC, even a heated steering wheel… and all for under £600 AP.
If you’re reading this Peugeot – go and have a serious rethink!
