Thanks for all advice. I think, in my head, I’d already decided on swapping to something different. Had a few niggles at the back of my mind. Plus, the Nissan Motorbility rep was much more friendly and helpful. He didn’t mind that I asked loads of questions he’d not been asked before – don’t know if that’s 100% true – but no eye rolling or fobbing off the little lady. It’s a small thing, but good service is a huge bonus. Even better is the fact that they’re also much closer to home. Decision made. I’ll test drive again on Saturday, cancel current car and book the Qashqai. Many thanks
