Phew, I managed to sort my order out.
I spoke to another Motability specialist at my dealer who looked on his system and couldn’t find any 85s at all (cue panic!). He did find an internal memo that stated that models will be added on the 8th, and maybe I should wait until then.
However, he decided to try and input another order using his sheet of model numbers which was thankfully accepted into the Motability system – and at the lower price.
Phew!
He did add that the first week of any new quarter is usually chaos, so maybe that’s a lesson I’ve learned.
