I did forward an email that was sent to me:
I’d want to see that info on the official website. No disrespect to you or whoever sent it to you, but it won’t be any good any of us saying that we had an assurance from an email posted on here. They will cite what the website clearly states and, as you have stated, we are all being told something entirely different.
None taken, i posted the info in the best interests of the forum users, in hindsight i should not have posted the email under my name. I agree wholeheartedly, six months extension is the norm and any increase will be in exceptional circumstances only.
