The official line is: We introduced two year automatic lease extensions due to the supply chain issues following COVID-19. This helped our customers to keep mobile while they waited for their new car. As the supply chain is improving, from Wednesday 20 December, we’re changing the two year automatic lease extension back to six months.
Exactly what I was told (and posted). However, you said a week ago that you had it on good authority that 2 years would still be allowed after April, if people request it. Is that now in doubt? Until Motability post that specific info on their website I think we have to assume that’s not an official line?
