A lot of cars infotainment problems are fixed by a reset. Its usually a small hole for using a paperclip to reset the midule. See if there is anything on Youtube for resetting the radio
@Gee if your struggling with anything, such as storing radio stations ect pop back into your dealers and ask them to run you through how it’s done.
