Thanks for your thoughts Elliot. One of my first questions to the dealership manager was “it was released in late 2021 so surely there’s a facelift coming soon”. He said that he did not expect that to happen in 2024.
However, I personally wouldn’t be surprised if it did happen reasonably soon. I wondered whether this quarter’s £2000 reduction of the advanced payment may indicate this.
I was also told that there were a number of this particular model shipped into the UK just prior to Christmas, so the waiting time has reduced from the almost twelve month waiting time of a year ago to only a couple of weeks currently. Red, blue and Black are immediately available, but silver is not.
I have to say that I’m basing my judgement on this current model and am not too concerned about a “facelift”as it is in my opinion a very good looking car with a cosseting interior. Having sat in both the front and back for a considerable time yesterday in really rough weather I can say that it is an inviting place to be. Also it is still not a common sight in this area, which gives it rarity value, lol.
