Indeed, lack of information is the issue 🙁 The Ford dealer I originally ordered the Kuga FHEV with in March was completely different, kept me notified of any progress or change in the order.
Dealers have full access to an orders status, order acceptance, build week, shipping etc. it’s all there for them to see at any time.
