Just got home 🙁
Friends case was heard in chambers, barrister asked for it to be thrown out for an abuse of process by the local firearms department. It’s been passed to a more experienced judge to rule on. He has to be back in court Feb 21st if the judge doesn’t rule in his favour. Barrister reckons 70-80% chance it will go his way given the way the firearms department have acted over the last 2 years.
Shopping with the Ex went ok, just a lot more of it than I imagined!. Went for a quick bite at her local Spoons (which is pretty good), dropped her off, saw my daughter and then off home, it’ll be “Hello Tramadol” and off to bed shortly I think!.
