We have a Peugeot Traveller which we have extended as there are zero non-EV 8 seaters available. It’s currently in the dealers to have some work done but also at the same time it needs an ad-blue top up. Previously this has been free. However the dealer has said that for the last 10 days or so Motability have been rejecting ad-blue top-ups and we will have to pay. He said Motability are classifying it as fuel. Is this a policy change from Motability or just a glitch with someone’s system?
Not something I have heard of TBH. Although if it were true it would be far cheaper buying and topping it yourself!
Perhaps give Motability a call and ask if it is still included 🙂
