Email from my dealer today that my 80 Sportline Plus order, build week 49, has now been built and is waiting to be shipped from the factory. Delivery to dealer expected towards the end of January. Order placed 13th September. Interestingly, confirmed as an 85 and not the 85X. Suggests that all orders (irrespective of Motability or otherwise) are being converted as per the document that was released by Skoda. So even though the 85 (non-X) isn’t available as a new factory order in the UK, they are manufacturing them – I guess as they’re available elsewhere in Europe it makes sense.
