Me neither. Motability should not be pushing one type of car over another. That is not their role or purpose. Anyone who is a low mileage user, never does long journeys (so never needs to rely on the public charger network) and has the ability to charge off road at home will no doubt have already switched to an EV or be seriously considering doing so. The rest will have legitimate concerns and should not be made to feel pressured.
Besides, if Motability (and manufacturers) want more people to switch to EVs they need to make them more affordable (prices / APs). With a few exceptions, the up front costs are so high that this erodes a lot of the fuel savings. We know from this forum that many people really struggle to raise high APs.
