As ever (there are loads of posts on this subject), some people will be 100% for EV, some will not be bothered either way and be happy to go with it, some will just not want it at all and of course some will want an EV but due to their house location / layout, not be able to install a charger.
Its as simple as that, I am not currently ready for EV myself but I really cant get to excited or bothered if I am encouraged to move to an EV car (its hardly tactics!!), the debate will probably go on for ever! It really is old news!
