I’ve just been charged, from what I’m aware of, a one-off payment of £29.99 for my QQ loan car from Glyn Hopkin. I was and am somewhat confused as to why this particular dealership (or its service department) has charged me for a loaner while my Mother’s QQ has been retained for repairs. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Were they aware it was a Motability car, when you booked the QQ in for repair? Skoda tried this on with me and also wanted to charge insurance for the loan car. I told them it was a Motability car, the girl on the service desk checked her screen and appologised for the error. Ring the service dept and tell them its a Motability car, so why the payment. Also ring Motability if you get no where.
Yes, I made it very clear when I booked the car in that it was most definitely a Motability car. Thank you for your advice Kezo, I will try this ??
