    Ordered sportage in July £1295 AP it went off scheme at start of October came back on today £695AP should I contact dealership and ask for new AP I still haven’t had any updates on delivery.

    Officially you should pay the Advance Payment extant at the time of ordering the vehicle (if the AP had increased since you would have been happy no doubt)?

    However, you can always ask the dealer very nicely if he/she would mind cancelling your original order with Motability and put through a new order with Motability at the current AP (without affecting your waiting time for the vehicle – you don’t want to go to the back of the manufacturing queue).

    It should only take your dealer a few minutes to do and is, in effect no skin off their rice pudding (they still get paid the same for the Motability sale).
