I agree with you BlackJ. Yes there are other factors, but the system is desinged to feed itself via many hands. Its a business at the end of the day and any real help is too few and far between. AP’s are incredible to the point that theyre nearly matching good quality 2nd hand options and save you payments.
I see no benefit to disabled people via motability now other than having a shiny bit of metal on the drive. Ok so some modern assistance systems now fitted to modern cars, but they can be retro fitted at a far cheaper cost if really needed. If they didnt make vast quantities of money from us it simply would not exist. Im not a fan of the whole process and find it demeaning having to pick through scraps if have no budget. I cannot marry up the equality of it all. As per everything in life, its the haves and the have nots. Because the haves show they have and can feed this system, the have nots continue to struggle the most.
But, hey, what do I know…! As someone said, best not to think too much about it…..
