AJ it was a three years ago so I can’t quite remember, but I suspect Motability just gave me a sort code and account number and I did a transfer from our bank account. Motability were very helpful indeed, the car wasn’t quite due a major service and needed two new tyres, but they insisted all of that was sorted so the car was all ‘ship shape and Bristol fashion’ before they took payment from us. We even got the good condition bonus taken off the purchase price.
