    Yes, there are a lot of us affected-

    I think the only way we can push a resolution on this is to now make motability aware that this is causing unnecessary distress. If you are affected, I recommend you lodge a complain with motability regarding

    1- the time this is taking to get resolved

    2- the fact that the outgoing car is still advertised on their website

    3- lack of clarity from the dealership network

    4- no statement from Motability on how long this will take to get resolved

    5- a risk to this with new vehicle bonuses not being able to use them should motability now push the model back to being available from January 2024

    The more of us that now take this route, the more motability will understand the confusion/distress/anger that it is causing prospective leaseholders.
