Thanks all- as it happens, ive been feeling a bit rough today and thought it wise to do a test…. I have Covid and so will inform notability and Ohme that they are not allowed to attend tomorrow. I will seek to them about the charger too. They have sent me tow Ohme pro units…. no idea why- they are both the same. I think I will opt for an untethered unit and that will give me more flexibility. I don’t need the screen on the device as I have my phone.

In the first instance cancell the install with Motability and whoever. Then in the next few days ring Motability and tell them you would like the charger swopping to the 8m cable….
