that’s the issue, ive been away and have lost time- there is no way I can reach out to Ohme today or Pro EV- I will have to call Monday. I feel terrible for wasting their time!
Speak with motability first to get it authorised, so you are not charged, though they will tell you to speak with Ohme or ProEV. Just explain you thought you had asked for 8m cable.
Given your Enyak isn’t coming anytime soon, I wouldn’t worry as they wouldn’t if they cancelled on you. Get it right now as it will save you expense down the line!
The other thing you can do if you wanted is request the untethered E-Pod and request the longer cable through the post 🙂
