I’ve never been offered to buy my car at the end of a lease. I’d be interested to know the process although I’d never buy a car.
DumfriesDik – You have to ask them for a price from twelve weeks before the car is due back.
I was told if I got a price I could not extend the car and if I extended the car I could not get a price until 12 weeks before the extension ended. But someone else said that was not their experience as they were told how much it would be before they extended the lease, so it seems pretty much your luck who you are talking too. The price offered is pretty much the forecourt price as many have said including MB, but one or two on here have said that they considered that they got a good deal.
