@Joss. You do realise the price promise applies to contract length and not an indefinite length of time? If your contract length is 18 or 24 months, you will not see a price rise, but in that time if they increase prices, new customers will pay that price and once your contract is up for renewal, you will be paying the new price. Also, £36 for 68Mbps is not a good price, I pay £40 for 1.2Gbps fibre.
