    My BP Pulse never worked properly, 2g SIM issue. When the EV arrived, no smart charging at all. Motability arranged for Ohme Pro to be fitted. After 2 months one of the wire connectors in the junction box under the Ohme melted, the trip near the meter box unsurprisingly would not reset. It took Ohme around a month to arrange a repair. Ohme then firm that originally installed the charger, then a subcontractor.
