For me it’s not just the dealership, it’s the individual sales person too. For a number of years I had Astra Touring Sports models and always found the lady who dealt with Motability absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately she left and was replaced by two sales men and neither had the slightest interest in Motability customers. Not just my observations but other Motability customers at the same dealership too.
This got so to be so bad that I left the dealership and the brand.
