Had an entirely different experience with McNally. They were only a couple of miles away, installation booked and details confirmed only to receive an email from ProEV informing me of another installation date by them!
McNally would have not contacted me and, presumably, just not turned up if I hadn’t rung them!!!
So, even within the same installers, the quality of experience differs greatly.
