Not sure if its the brand or the dealership thing TBH as I have no problems with my VW dealer but then being a disabled driver I can’t just walk into the dealership expecting to have a courtesy car simply because my cars have to be adapted to drive.
At best I just hang around for an hour drinking tea and eating biscuits while they change the oil and check the light bulbs. At worst like my last service with the local KIA dealer who collected the car from my home saying they’d be back mid PM only to have a phone call at 5:30PM saying they haven’t got the brake discs they need for the car in stock so I won’t have the car back until the next day. Yep folks KIA dealer with no KIA spare consumable parts. Left up the creek without a paddle comes to mind.
Oh how I envy you guys who can drive courtesy cars.
